This training will provide a comprehensive overview of cybercrimes with a focus on Michigan criminal laws, technology, victim and offender interviews, basics of digital evidence collection, search warrant writing, and crime scene triage.
Attendees will gain an understanding of the dynamics of both victims and offenders in fraud and social engineering, image-based sexual abuse, stalking, sextortion, revenge pornography, and child sexual offenses.
This training has been approved for 8 hours of credit with MCOLES and is of no charge to participants.
