Rick Rodriguez is an Assistant Professor in the School of Criminal Justice at Michigan State University. Full time he is as a Special Agent with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), and has over 14 years’ experience conducting state and federal complex criminal investigations in a variety of violations.
