Biography

Heather Perez serves as a Specialist and National Training and Technical Coordinator at Michigan State University’s (MSU), School of Criminal Justice. Over her 23-year tenure at MSU, she has contributed to numerous national training and technical assistance and national evaluation programs including Project Safe Neighborhoods, Drug Market Intervention, Comprehensive Anti-Gang Initiative, Innovations Suite, and Body-Worn Camera.
