Noah is a current doctoral student in the School of Criminal Justice at Michigan State University. His research focuses on terrorism, targeted violence, public policy, translational criminology, and quantitative methods. Primarily, he focuses on ideological, environmental, and capability factors which may be causally related to outcomes of targeted violence incidents. Noah is also a student board member of the ASC's Division of Terrorism and Bias Crime (DTBC). He received his B.A. in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Missouri in 2019.
