Mark Gibson is a Doctoral Candidate with the School of Criminal Justice. His research focuses on issues related to the enforcement of natural resource management laws, including crime measurement, intervention design, impact assessment, and standards development. Mark previously worked for the World Wildlife Fund, the Pew Charitable Trusts, and Oceana on both advocacy and project work to advance conservation in Latin American, European, and U.S. fisheries. He holds an M.A. in international economics and environmental policy from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) and a B.A. in international relations from the University of Pennsylvania, and is an alumnus of the Emerging Wildlife Conservation Leaders (EWCL) program.
