Associate Professor Ruth Smith named MSU AAN Fellow

The Office of the Provost’s Academic Advancement Network is a unit that encourages cross-institutional connections in order to facilitate the advancement of academic careers. The AAN is structured around four key areas: Teaching and Learning, Research and Scholarship, Academic Career Paths, and Leadership Development.

Ruth Smith is an Associate Professor and coordinator of the Forensic Chemistry concentration. Her research interests include the application of multivariate statistical procedures for the association and discrimination of various types of forensic evidence, including fire debris, controlled substances, and questioned documents.
