Professor Sanja Kutnjak Ivković receives the Gerhard O.W. Mueller Award

Photo of Sanja Kutnjak will be presented with the Gerhard O.W. Mueller award at the 2017 Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences meeting in March.

The Gerhard O.W. Mueller Award is conferred annually on an individual who has made an outstanding contribution to the field of
comparative/international criminal justice spanning the areas of scholarship, leadership, and service.   The award will be presented at the International Section’s Annual Awards Reception during the ACJS Annual Meeting, which will be held in Kansas City.

Dr. Sanja Kutnjak Ivković is a professor at the School of Criminal Justice, Michigan State University. She holds a doctorate in criminology (PhD, University of Delaware) and a doctorate in law (SJD, Harvard University).  Her research focuses on comparative and international criminology, criminal justice, and law.
